1. Service Description
BulkListingPro is a Chrome extension that automates the creation of product listings on Etsy. It consists of a browser extension and an optional local helper application (Native Host) that work together to fill in listing forms on your behalf.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using BulkListingPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
3. Account and Authentication
- You must sign in with a Google account to use BulkListingPro.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Credits and Payments
- BulkListingPro uses a credit-based pricing model. Each Etsy listing upload costs 2 credits.
- Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable.
- Purchased credits do not expire.
- New accounts receive 10 free credits.
- Pricing is subject to change. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must use your own Etsy seller account. BulkListingPro does not access your Etsy credentials.
- You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- You must comply with Etsy's Terms of Use and all applicable Etsy seller policies.
- You must not use BulkListingPro to create listings that violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Etsy Relationship
BulkListingPro is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. We have no control over Etsy's platform, policies, or availability.
7. Automation Disclaimer
- BulkListingPro automates browser actions to create listings on Etsy. This automation interacts with Etsy's website interface.
- Etsy may change their website at any time, which could temporarily break the extension's functionality.
- You assume responsibility for any consequences of using automated tools on Etsy's platform, including potential account actions by Etsy.
- We make no guarantees that Etsy's terms permit the use of automation tools. Review Etsy's policies before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
BulkListingPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or Etsy account actions.
- We are not responsible for errors in listings created by the extension.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Service Availability
- We strive to keep BulkListingPro functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
- Etsy website changes may require updates to the extension, during which functionality may be limited.
10. Termination
- You may stop using BulkListingPro at any time by uninstalling the extension.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
- Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BulkListingPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the extension.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
