TubePilot Terms of Service

By using TubePilot ("the extension", "the service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use TubePilot.

TubePilot is a Chrome browser extension that generates AI-powered metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for YouTube videos. It integrates with YouTube Studio and the YouTube Data API to read and update your video information at your direction.

TubePilot uses the YouTube Data API, which is subject to daily quota limits set by Google. If quota is exhausted, YouTube API features may be temporarily unavailable. This is a platform limitation, not a service outage.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TubePilot at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using TubePilot at any time by uninstalling the extension.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of TubePilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
