Click the Marketeer icon in your Chrome toolbar, then click "Sign in with Google." You'll be prompted to authorize with your Google account.

Each time you click "Generate" on a Reddit post or comment, 1 credit is used. You receive 5 different tone variations (friendly, casual, professional, comical, short) per generation. New accounts receive free starter credits. Additional credits can be purchased through the extension.

Credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits do not expire. If you experience a technical issue where credits were deducted but no response was generated, please contact us with details and we'll investigate.

Make sure you're on a Reddit post page (not the feed/homepage). Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, go to chrome://extensions/, find Marketeer, and click the reload icon. The button only appears on individual post pages.

Reddit occasionally updates their page structure, which can temporarily affect comment insertion. If this happens, the extension will automatically copy the draft to your clipboard instead. You can paste it manually with Ctrl+V.

The slashed M icon means the subreddit has strict no-promotion rules. You can still use Marketeer by selecting "No Product" from the product dropdown, which generates purely helpful comments without any product mentions.

No. Marketeer only drafts comments and inserts them into Reddit's comment box. You always review the draft and decide whether to submit it yourself. Nothing is posted without your explicit action.

Yes. Marketeer supports both new Reddit (reddit.com) and Old Reddit (old.reddit.com).

Go to chrome://extensions/, find Marketeer, and click "Remove." This removes the extension and all locally stored data. Your account and any remaining credits are preserved on our server if you reinstall later.
